Disclaimer - I have no idea if I'm the first to post this as I get the
list in digest form and the December archives aren't up yet so I can't
check for dupes first.
But anyway, the ComCom has ruled that TCNZ gives TCL access to full rate
DSL ("the maximum downstream speed available"), (everyone cheer!) with
an upstream rate of 128kbps (everyone groan!).
