Discussion:
Any thoughts of Worldxchange Xnet HSI, esp peering?

Hi,
List traffic is to be restricted to technical matters only.
Hmmm, guess this proceeding question counts then.

I've been eyeing the Worldxchange ADSL plans for a while, and I notice
their national traffic policy, which sounds generous(?).

Basically, I intend to phone them to find out who they peer with (if
they peer with my office's ISP, they'll be great...), but in the
meantime: anyone have any comments about the service they're getting,
especially from a technical stand point? Also, what're their speeds
like? A quick spot'o'Google 'research' doesn't seem to gleam anything
recent in terms of existing customers' thoughts.

And also any similar thoughts on similar flat rate providers at about
the same prices as Worldxchange or (shock) Xtra for 2mbit for ~10ish GB
would also be appreciated.

On a side note on peering, I notice from www.ispmap.co.nz that
Worldxchange don't do WIX, which doesn't sit well for my (VUW only peers
at WIX, iirc?) usage patterns...?

Thanks,
Jonathan.
