Note they don't explictly state Outbound. I've yet to heard if inbound (for
those of us running Exchange at home) will be blocked as well.

I've made an assumption I guess. However given their cited reasons, I
can't see that blocking it inbound would do anything but cause an uproar.

One can only hope they're not _that_ stupid... !

I believe they will be blocking both inbound and outbound, with the option
of opting out if you have sufficient reasons to be using it.

The NBR story last week has a little more information

it also looks like they will be monitoring traffic for port-25 usage, and
contacting those customers which are currently sending traffic over it.
