Coincidentally with Telecom giving us our ADSL router for free we
can't log in to the Telecom Jetstream usage meter any more
https://jetstream-usage.telecom.co.nz/csc/

Get CUSTOMER SELFCARE - INCORRECT LOGIN It worked fine up until yesterday.

Any one els have this problem??

Yes,

I am too, for the last few days. I use Andrew Connell's brilliant little
traffic usage checker and it reports Authentication error. (I almost never
log in manually to the usage meter page...)

Have you tried your phone account number for the password ? At least a
couple of times in the last 2 years when Telecom has had an "opps" with
the usage page I've found my password got reset back to the default with
no warning...(and once it fixed itself and reverted back to my customized
password by itself :)

Regards,
Simon
