Orcon - anyone listening ?

Is there anyone on the list that works at Orcon and is able to fix a
problem with their MTA ?

I've emailed their helpdesk twice over the last month, and used the
email problem feedback form on their site, and I've had auto-replies
telling me my message has been received, but I have yet to get any
further response from them, and the problem still exists

Basically message headers are getting screwed up as the pass through
dbmail-mx8.orcon.net.nz. Contact me offlist if you want the details.
