It now appears they've gotten a second complaint from Ihug. This complaint appears to be about the timing, at least from the limited details from the article and I'm not sure if it's still valid since Telecom have apparently really launched/offered UBS now (as opposed to the i-UBS we were using before). It's actually quite relevant to Ihug I suppose since they offer flat rate, speed throttled plans.

Also, from the CW article, it appears Telecom is abandoning the 512k step in March and will go straight to 1mbit in March (does this mean 2mbit will be in May?). However, rather then be generous and offer 192k, as they're 1 & 2 mbit plans have, they're going to stick with the CC recommended 128k :-(
So even with/when Telecom launches 1mbit and 2mbit UBS, it will not be equivalent to their 1mbit & 2mbit plans!
