So where can I find a complete list of ISPs that are offering UBS?

Also has anyone out there actually had a good experience with UBS?

I'm finding at least as good as Jetstart with Maxnet.

There is a list of ISPs in NZ here:
http://www.ispmap.co.nz/

Not sure about USB specific information.
