Migration dates from JetStream Surf to JetStream Plus

I'm a JetStream Surf Flat Rate customer, with Maxnet as my ISP. I've
asked Maxnet to move me over to JetStream Plus ASAP. I've also received
the letter from Telecom telling me that I will be migrated automatically
to JetStream Plus. My billing period is the 1st-31st of each month. If
I check my usage meter it tells me that my current billing period plan
(1-31 Oct) is listed as JetStream Surf Flat Rate and my next billing
period plan (1-30 Nov) is still also listed as JetStream Surf Flat Rate.
I just read the note that was sent to wholesalers in September regarding
the changes to JetStream. This snippet caught my attention:

"Changes to current Surf 1GB and 3GB plans Current customers on the
JetStream Surf plans will have the changes applied to their plans from
1st November. The migration will happen on the customers billing
anniversary and cannot happen any sooner".

So do you think that my plan will migrate on 1 Nov or 1 Dec? Any idea
how I can get firm confirmation on the change date?
