I think Telecom advise Orcon when they will try and do the
changeover, and that's the date that Orcon send you, but in their
email they say to wait a couple of working days after the ready for
service date Telecom supply - the date is just a best estimate. In
the past I've had to wait days or weeks after the RFS date before the
change happened, in this case I noticed I was getting speeds of 777kb/
s before I even got the notification from Orcon. I don't think it's
Orcon's fault, they still rely on Telecom to do the work.
