The web interface isn't working anymore and the factory reset button dosn't
seem to have any effect.
Is there a command to do a hard reset from the telnet interface?

From memory the factory reset happens when you hit the reset 3 times in
fairly quick succession - is this what youve done?
(Theres some variation between DSL-xxxG models and I've forgotton which
way around it goes)

AFAIK theres no software call to do a hard reset, but doing the above
should work. Otherwise, i'd suggest you contact your helpdesk and/or
d-link :-)
