I've been playing with the TCP Time Stamping option recently on Windows.
I think it makes local web pages quite a bit snappier to load over ADSL.
I would be interested if other people experience the same improvement.
If you want to try this, go to the below URL and download DrTCP.

Change the "Time Stamping" option to "Yes", "Windows Scaling" to yes,
and "TCP Receive Window" to 65535 and reboot. Let me know if you think
it makes any difference or not.
